A complete, tripod/mount:

The lightweight telescope mount features smooth Altitude-Azimuth motions and optional encoders to add object locating capability. It is perfect for our smaller, travel-easy refractors.

Telescope height ranges from 29 to 60-plus-inches. The payload capacity of the Tele-Pod is 9 lbs and the latitude range is +85 to -10 degrees.

The aluminum tripod legs are 3-section, black anodized, with rubber-tipped feet, and spiked feet.

Features include: bubble-level, glove-friendly locking clamps, and a carry bag.

The self-contained head comes with a handle, accepts optional encoders, and can be used on any camera tripod with either a 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 stud. It is the most portable Digital Setting Circle-ready mount head available.

Note: The manufacturer highly recommends the Eyepiece Caddy Set accessory since the Tele-Pod Mount and standard camera tripods do not have accessory trays.
